I loved how the hotel is within walking distance to the fine Ivan Vazov National Theater and the peaceful Borisova gradina. The spacious room offered a good view and comfortable atmosphere.

kindness & helpness of entire staff. lost my coin-wallet in the lobby and day after was given back to me.
breakfast not at 5 stars hotel's level. seems that some details have not been refurbished (wellness area/sauna not working properly) but ion general comment is very good

all in all our stay was perfect, no reason to complain. stayed for 1 night in this lovely welcoming place, thoroughly enjoyed that. the hotel had a favourable and handy location, near a subway station. in picturesque area we found a central market and a cathedral near the property. the rooms were silent and generous-sized, with beautiful interior.
Although everything was fantastic, some of the staff were very rude.

I was shocked to find out you had to pay extra for the pool-it should have been complimentary like other hotels. The kitchenette was just a joke, lacking basic utensils. I almost considered giving a good review, but the rude reception left me infuriated. What a letdown!

Clean and cozy room, comfortable bed, nice spa facilities and gym. There was a jacuzzi tub in our bathroom - such a lovely surprise! There is a big mall nearby with a lot of shops, restaurants and a multiplex cinema. A metro stop is really close to the hotel, although the city centre is within walking distance. There is a gourmet restaurant on the last floor of the hotel with a good variety of dishes and a nice atmosphere. Very helpful and polite staff. Excellent value for the price. I strongly recommend it!
There could be an improvement in the entrance of the hotel so that it looks more like a 5 star one. The location of the hotel is not very nice with some dreadful buildings around. There was a (fortunately unsuccessful) effort of charging my debit card with an extra amount of money which I discovered when contacting my bank. However, I suppose that it's a guarantee policy of several hotels, although unlawful without the consent of the card holder.

We had a wonderful family stay, enjoying the spacious rooms and the new sports bar. My teenage daughter loved playing table tennis and the food was delicious at the restaurant. The hotel's artistic vibe added a unique charm to our experience.
For dads, it would be great if the parking situation was clearer.

Excellent breakfast. Big indoor swimmingpool. Friendly and helpfull staff.
The restaurant was not conditioned. The hotel had loud music in all public areas including the restaurant. The quality of the food is far from what can be expected from a 5 star location.
